GETTY Warren Gatland has had a pop at Eddie Jones

Warren Gatland's men will travel to Twickenham with plenty of confidence as they look to inflict a first Six Nations home defeat on England since 2012.

England's head coach accused the Lions lock of behaving like a footballer in attempting to put pressure on French official Pascal Gauzere at the end of Wales' victory over Scotland last weekend. "You see the performances they've rolled out", Alun Wyn Jones said, "their ability to have changes in crucial areas, the strength in depth when people come in they're able to fill the void and continue in a similar vein".

"We know how tough it is going to be against that huge English forward pack". The way in which his team started the competition in Italy was ominous with England running in seven tries during their 46-15 victory. Wales had no expectation on them last Saturday but this week they come full of expectation. Their last four tournament (Rugby World Cup and Six Nations) meetings have all been decided by five points or less.

Ten years ago last week, at just 20 years of age, the Wasps fly-half stepped off the England bench to make his global debut at Twickenham against Saturday's opposition.

England have discovered the extent of Ben Youngs' knee injury since then, but Wales will not be foolish enough to think that their hosts are rattled.

"Danny Care very much deserves the honour of being the most capped England scrum half and I am sure he'll make the most of his opportunity on Saturday", said Jones in a media statement.

Richard Wigglesworth, who plays for Quins' London rivals Saracens, the European champions, provides bench cover.

With the weather forecast suggesting a damp ball, it may well be England choose to kick more than they did in Rome, which would not necessarily displease Wales's counterattackers.

That 2008 match was also Warren Gatland's first in charge of Wales.

Gatland has made a decision to stick with exactly the same side for this weekend's game.

Wings George North, Liam Williams and Hallam Amos are all available after recovering from injuries, although Gatland could decide to say same-again after Wales recorded a second-biggest win against Scotland in 135 years.

Jones added: "It's going to be different to playing against Scotland". England's six-day turnaround theoretically favours Wales and there is every reason to suspect the visitors will still be in the game in the final quarter. This underlines the size of the task on Wales' hands although Gatland has won three times at the stadium in eight visits so will not be short of self-belief.

Wales go into the match with a starting line-up featuring 10 players from in-form Pro14 side Scarlets.

But he has scored 30 tries in 69 Wales appearances and is a proven performer at the highest level.
