President Donald Trump postponed the party's August recess until they come to a consensus to repeal Obamacare and replace it with their own Republican plans.
Even with Vice President Mike Pence's tie-breaking vote, no more than two Republicans could oppose a measure. It's also not clear whichversion of the GOP's repeal legislation would be destined for the Senate floor: a version that passed the House, a Senate GOP-drafted bill to repeal and replace Obamacare, or a version that would only repeal most of Obamacare without a replacement.
