There hasn't yet been any indication how many jurors supported Cosby's conviction compared to how many believed him not guilty, information that would help shine some light on whether the same case is likely to be successful when brought to trial again.
She called District Attorney Kevin Steele "heinously and exploitively ambitious" in a statement released after court adjourned.
The initial sign of a divide among the jury came Thursday morning, when they sent a note saying they were deadlocked for the first time. Constand did not appear at the news conference.

Cosby's publicist Andrew Wyatt: "Mr. Cosby's power is back". The judge ordered the panel to continue their deliberation until they can reach a verdict. He faced a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for each count.
"Do not in any way feel you have let the justice system down", O'Neill told the jury.
